Ice and Seafood Station

A speciality of Grid Events, the ice and seafood station can act as a free standing food ‘stall’ for cocktail style parties or be presented as a part of a larger buffet.

It is a spectacular arrangement of seafood, ice carvings, seaweed and ice that will form a memorable centre piece at any occasion.

It consists of a selection of fresh seafood with accompaniments and garnishes that will be truly memorable.
